The room was perfect for our 11 month old...lot's of crawling space and a very comfortable baby cot was set up in the room (free of charge) upon our arrival. The staff also had a high chair set up for us at breakfast. This was very appreciated!

The hotel is conveniently located near the university and offers a good breakfast spread. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like fresh bedding and towels. the staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to provide great service.
Some of the rooms are much smaller than others and some have poor soundproofing, which can be a problem if you are a light sleeper. , some areas of the hotel would benefit from better maintenance and attention to details like mold around the bathtub ring and toilet cleaning.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, made me feel like home. Breakfast buffet was lovely and service great.
Hotel is being renovated and certainly can use updates on the second floor, paint, carpeting, etc. When I showed my husband the pictures I took of the room upon my return home to the US he thought it to be very plain. Since I extended my stay for a total of twenty days I would've like to have seen a price reduction but it wasn't offered nor available. It would have been a nice gesture, oh well.

Breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly. Hotel was clean and close to the city centre. WiFi worked perfectly. If you come late though, make sure to notify the hotel as they are unmanned after 24.00 hrs.

The breakfast was fantastic and offered a great variety of options to choose from, including both hot and cold dishes. the location was superb, being very central and in close proximity to many cafes and restaurants. the beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
Our room was quite outdated and in need of some renovation. the shower was particularly disappointing, as the cubicle was not very sturdy and the sliding doors were flimsy.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The only small area for improvement was the internet access, which was a bit unreliable at times.
